Preparation for Your Check-Up:
- Get adequate rest before your appointment.
- Fast for at least 8 hours prior to the check-up.
- Inform staff if you’re pregnant.
- Collect a urine sample following your menstrual cycle (7-10 days).
- Avoid blood components (pork, duck, chicken) and specific medications (aspirin, vitamin C) for 3 days beforehand.
- Bring past medical records and imaging results.
